In order to receive remote service you must have internet access and a connection faster than dial up.  While a dial up connection will work, it will greatly delay the speed of the service and we don't feel that you will be getting the best service possible.  For dial up customers, we suggest you try phone support first

In order to receive remote service you and your server must be online and accessible. 

Setup your Blackberry Enterprise server and/or run and sync your blackberry to your Microsoft Exchange Server.
